A CSU (Colorado State University) student has contacted us about helping them understand the workings of the biosand water filter.
"We have not built a filter yet because we aren't sure where to start. We have looked at buying a "kit" from International Aid called Hydraid for 75 dollars, but would also like to see how a concrete mold would work. We may have access to some facilties at school in conjunction with the engineering lab. Or can build a BSF at our professor's garage (he has volunteered the space).
... I think a quick training would be phenomenal!"Colorado State University Global Social Sustainable Enterprise candidate"
This is the kind of educational imvolvement we like to participate. We can help change the world, often one person at a time.
